Majdel Musa, JD is an instructor with an extensive background in real estate. Before spending several years as legal counsel for prominent tech startups in the region, Majdel gained unique insights into the Dubai real estate market.
Expertise
Majdel first worked at the Dubai Land Department as a RERA course instructor and legal advisor for the Dubai Real Estate Institute. Later, she served as Head of Real Estate for a law firm and as Vice President for Legal Affairs for the Middle East Real Estate Inspection Association. Majdel has been a speaker at various conferences, including Cityscape Global, and a guest on Dubai Eye Business Breakfast radio show. She was also a regular contributor to Gulf News’ Property Weekly. Before attending law school, Majdel worked as a Realtor and later became a commercial real estate broker while practicing real estate law in Chicago. Additionally, she has remained connected to the Dubai real estate market through her husband, who is a sales director at a brokerage. Majdel currently sits on the Advisory Board of Baytuki, a real estate crowdfunding platform created to empower women investors.
